Valley Oak Tools make (used to make?) a modern style wheel hoe. I
wanted one, but never bought one.
The current issue of Growing for Market has an article with a big
photo of a guy on his locally made custom lie-down weeder.
The Healthy Farmers Healthy Profits Project in Wisconsin publishes
plans and details of a sit-down harvest cart:
