Hi Jerry,
Don't know if this is what you might use, but there is a
garlic farm in KY that uses cotton mesh bags (1.00 each to custs,). These
are listed on their varieties page - perhaps an email to them for inquiry?
FRENCH COTTON STRING BAGS:
Need a gift?? To dress up any single pound of Category A, or 1/2
pound of Category B garlic, we offer cotton string bags for $1.00
ea. (see order form) Want to divide your one pound
purchase for gift giving? Simply purchase 2 net bags and ask us to pack
1/2 LB in each. These bags are not sold separately , and should not be
confused with the French String Shopping bag, also
available.
Good luck, and thanks for thinking of a smaller
footprint!
Toni
