I sell free range eggs for $3 a dozen and can't keep them in stock, and I am in a podunk town called Powdersville in South Carolina!  Hopefulle Pennsylvania will catch up soon!

I can’t believe that only one state over from you, they sell free range eggs for $3 per dz!  I sure wish you could get that for yours!  We will see in a couple of years when we have ours what I will be able to get for them then.  I don’t want to charge more than that…it is just not fair to the people!  I know I can’t loose my shorts, but I want to be fair too.  Just my way of seeing things though!  Which is why I will always be poor…but happy!!!!

Wow; your Farmer's Market is a world away from our rural northern Pennsylvania Farmers' Market! We have 3 or 4 veggie vendors and can't get more than supermarket prices for our produce. I raised the price of my free-range eggs to $1.50/doz. and they didn't sell; I'm back down to $1.25/doz this year.
