Liz,
Try some gamebird starter - it's higher protein -usually around 28%.
You can usually buy liver pretty cheap and feed them a chunk while it's
frozen and they can peck little by little.
Turkeys are also tend to need more heat (and for longer) than chicks. It was
a hard lesson for me to learn one year because I had a heat bulb on them
(150W) and they didn't seem cold like chicks will. I switched to a 250W bult
and within 20 minutes they were all perky again. I had lost several a day
for nearly a week. They wouldn't cluster together under the light like
chicks do, they'd just sit down where ever they were and die.
They're very inquisitive and fun to raise!
