my far field is having a major groundhog attack. Last night he/she/it wiped out over a hundred squash plants (apparently squash tastes better, to a groundhog, than the pac choi that was growing right next to it).
What successes have you had in keeping groundhogs out of your fields
any variations on the possibilities that I can think of:
shooting (groundhogs are pretty wily critters)
trapping (same as above)
poisoning (I really hate to use poisons, but what works?)
fencing out (what sort of fence works?)
other deterrence ??
That sound generator that was discussed earlier. Are people still haven't success with it?
