The little peppers I'm talking about are about 1 1/2 inches long, and shaped
like plump cones, (not flat and wrinkled like most sold as Peperoncini.
They are fairly hot, and sometimes they are very hot.

Thanks,

Chuck

Hi Chuck,
I had thought these were any Peperoncini varieties with Turmeric(makes a
distincitive yellow shade) added to the vinegar brine? I pickle many kinds
of peppers - the small peppers in jars at the store would come out a blase,
light green without the turmeric added. I'd love to hear otherwise from any
who know!
Toni
