Greetings- In the past, we have had spectacular luck with Big Beef in our tunnels. However, the last two years- not so great. Lots of yellow shoulders. I know that this is often a function of the tunnels being too hot, but none of our variables have changed. Any thoughts?
Also, I am wondering what other varieties folks have had good luck with in tunnels? We are seeking varieties under 75 days that do not sacrifice flavor. Thanks for your input.
