Yikes!
The greens will last forever but the yellow taste a wee bit better and probabaly won't last as long, but it's minimal. Sell with pride!
You can rinse them and boil them after husking. You can use them raw. Best is a hot dry skillet, with the husks on. They sizzle and hiss as they are ready. They get soft. When they cool, add to blender with onions, garlic, chiles, lime, salt and cilantro. Make a crude mix and try not to over blend. You can also pan roast the onions and garlic. Use this sauce as is for chips, or thin with chicken stock and cook browned chicken pieces in it. You can't lose!
