We have grown 'Long Pie' pumpkins for the past five years and it is our
favorite pumpkin for pies. The flesh is not stringy nor watery--purees to a
wonderful texture in the food processor. The plants are very productive and
they have stored well for us until Thanksgiving. We love this pumpkin!
