If you have a touristy market area, contact
the local city agencies with jurisdiction to
find out about using some kind of push
cart. The best locations might change
throughout the day and with a push cart
you could follow them without setting up
and taking down.
With an attractive custom cart, you might
start a whole new trend reverting to turn
of the 20th century selling practices.
