Hey Marlin,
I went back through the archives & found those posts earlier today. It was
my understanding you had a hygiene problem, not necessarily the trays
themselves?? I agree the design does lend itself to easier
contamination/difficulty in cleaning, but I don't have access to an
inexpensive source of materials to do soil blocks like I used in the past
(which I really, really prefer) & I'm really trying to keep stuff "in
house". Winstrip manufacturer is in my "backyard".
on second thought---I'd really prefer soil blocks...gonna have to rethink
this...
