We offer a flower share as an extra-- 25 stems per week for 15 weeks for
$110.

After eight years of trial and error we do it this way:
Each week is a mix of 3-6 types of flowers. We used to bunch them ourselves but we have learned the subscribers would rather bunch their own. So we set out buckets of each flower with a sign saying how many to take of each variety. We've been doing it this way for two years now and my impression is that people are generally happier. We are happier because it takes a lot less time.

The flowers that I can think of off the top of my head that we are growing are zinnias (of course) sunflowers, statice, salvia, strawflowers, Chinese asters, perennial asters, calendula, cutting marygolds, glads, and there must be three or so more varieties.
