I have an new, but rusty, pipe fence. I'm looking for suggestions on
how to get paint to stick to it for perhaps 20 years.

Gemplers has a product that is supposed to seal the rust so that it can be
painted over. The before and after ad in the catalog look great but as I
recall it might have been pricey. Come to think of it, I bought a pint or
quart a year of so. Was going to test it out and never did. Has anyone
else used it?
