Hi Julie,

Unless you are tractor seeding, the Earthway should work well for you. If you do an archive search you will find ways a lot of us made the Earthway more precise than it's original design. I assume you are trying to save labor on thinning? we talked about ways to space seeds using clear packing tape to close various holes. My recollection is we discussed those strategies by crop.

Having said that, a friend of mine uses a stanhay with excellent results but it cost her quite a bit to get into it.
