How do you handle heat at your farm
We use all hired help and we work in the mornings only with the employee's. We ourselves are used to the heat after a few days of it and it really doesn't bother us but I won't ask a worker to work when it gets very much over 90. Somethings we actually prefer to do after sunset for better quallity product.
