When I remember about it I wear a very lightweight long sleeve shirt in the
heat and bring along a 5 gallon bucket of water that I periodically soak the
shirt into - its not a look I'd greet visitors with (the wet t-shirt look at
my age isn't pretty) but it keeps me cool and covers my arms and neck which
seems to help with the heat a lot.
But then I liked the equal breaks for work time idea.
