Hi All,
"Chinese vegetables", eg boc choy, pac choy, won boc etc sell really well over here. In fact they have a very prominent position on the shelves in the major supermarkets. And not just in the major cities either. Readily sold in small towns too. Used in stir fries, soups, and as an "ordinary vegetable". Yum. Try them lightly braised or stir fried with a dash of oyster sauce. These vegetables are one of the great benefits to come from our immigration policy of the 70s.
