Bob,
I also grow bok choi. We tell our customers to chop it for stir fry or
steam it whole as a side dish with sesame oil and seeds for garnish.
Harvest when you want small medium or large but before a seed stalk
shows up. There are several rtypes of bok chjoi to try as well check out
