Your experience EXACTLY parallels mine. We sell at a number of farmers
markets. I ignore dishonest markets as near as 20 miles and travel as
far as 100 miles to go to an honest one. Over the years we have dropped
all of the dishonest ones and concentrated on supporting and developing
the honest ones.
I encourage you to quit supporting a dead-end market, quit giving the
peddlers cover, and start developing your own, honest, market. The
sooner you get started, the sooner you will succeed.
