Agree with most of that. There should be a big tax on polluters, pesticides
manufacturers and the like to finance environmental projects (managed by
grassroots organizations) and organic certification system. (Clean-ups should
be totally taken in charge by the polluters). But who is the bigger polluter
? the governement through its military and research.
So once more, the small ones (farmers in this instance) are the ones who are
gonna pay the most proportionally.
