Quality, yes! Only the grower can explain the extra efforts that go into
producing the very best in food. Most consumers understand that quality
costs more and is a better value. After a short explanation of "quality," I
never debate my higher prices.

Thanks for the up beat reminder, Tom.

And don't forget Variety! Tell folks what's new and different with you this
season. Know what other small farmers are selling and don't be shy about
referring customers to them. Folks will trust you even more for sharing
your knowledge!

yes I believe we to should advertise, Freshness and the prue enjoyment
of socializing, our Framer's Market is small, but it seems to be where
people come to rekindle friendships and so a little shopping, without the
Hassel and the commercialisum!!!!!
And we need to focus on quality and not price!!!!!
