Yes it is, & I do chill my produce, as per my post. But I have a
problem recommending walk-in coolers. I have access to the one at our
restaurant, but it is extremely inconvenient to drive 15 miles one way
to chill my produce. But more than that, I don't use it as I prefer
not to consume non-renewable resources---or at least as little as
possible. My method works for me--due to my own research, which many
times is the only research to which I have access!! The ag agent
certainly doesn't help, and no other local growers grow as I do. You
also must understand--I've only had our computer for 3 months, so I
didn't have access to the wonderful, vast, wealth of knowledge
available on the internet!!!!! Necessity is the mother of
invention!!
