Quick intro : I have been selling vegetables at our local Farmers' Market for
5 yrs. I grow on 2 acres of field all by hand (rototiller too, but I have to
push it by hand! ) .I am going to try sunflowers for the first time this
summer, after having no luck with flowers 3 yrs ago. But , i need to know:

1) What types of sunflowers hold up well in picking and transport?

2) What is the best way to display them? Best for both flowers and sales.

3)What types would be good for a beginner in sunflowers? Ease of growing and
low seed price since I don't know if they"ll sell even.Little or no flowers
are at our market..... Maybe I should try other flowers also....well, just
sunflower questions now.
