Monday I was still amending new beds, after ground warmed up by 2pm. Monday night snow, now 14 below. Will snow blanket insulate enough or will ground take forever to thaw to get back to work on it? Time to go thru seeds and order more. Anybody able to make garden progress out there?

Not a lot Paul. Normally I would have a few things going in the green house but even there the temperature at night still drops below zero. I have been pruning hedges and harvesting skirret root today.
The sheep too are awfully late, no lambs yet.
