Will people who don't know how to grow or don't want to change their attitude? How bad does it have to get first?

I am afraid the most likely change in attitude might be slightly different than what you expect Paul. Growing when one gets hungry will take too long. So taking whatever is available is possible the profession with the most growth potential?
