Paul, why do you say, "tax breaks" will always go bad? I don't know about you, but they take way too much money out of my paycheck and the only deductions for me are mortgage interest and taxes, woopey doo. Big corps are able to knock off huge amounts off their gross base. There will always be "gold" or some other form of exchange and there will always be rules. Why not change the rules to be favorable and just for all with sustainable interest in mind?

More than that, Mark, money never comes without strings attached. Tax
breaks and grants will aways go bad IMHO. Remember the Golden Rule: He who
has the gold makes the rules.

First is to remove existing subsidies for the WRONG/BAD things!
This country is flat broke. We're going to have to learn to live on LESS,

Liz, I hear ya! I'm hoping this new Administration will give tax
incentives for green energy which just might be the ticket for some of us
"working' fools". Perhaps even GRANTS to sustain our vision.
