I'd like to know about that too. I don't have a broadfork, or at least not the Eliot Coleman variety (though I would have if they didn't cost so much), but I do have a smaller version that works very well. It's useless for breaking up the compacted clay cement we have for soil here, but once a bed is established, it works well to loosen the soil for the next season's planting, or for weeding.
