seasonal is overrated...preserve certain foods for winter when fresh food is unavailable.
Right Paul, but the thing about eating seasonally isn't about preserving your food supplies, it's about eating imported "fresh" strawberries in December, not the strawberry jam you made in June or the frozen strawberries you packed last summer.
