Biodiesel? Well, how many tons of french fries do you have to eat to make

Many producers of used vegetable oil (i.e. McDonalds, et al) are now selling the oil to bulk recyclers anyway. The era of driving up to the back door of the local fast food joint and getting used oil for nothing is pretty much over. Biodiesel was a great idea as long as it was using something that would have been thrown out otherwise, but that isn't the case any more.
