Zachary,
Navajo goats were preserved on the Navajo reservation in the unimproved state.  The did not origionate there, but without the reservation there probably wouldn't be any of the old, unimproved stock left.  That's why they are refered to as Navajo Angora's.

is Spanish sheep you mean.  There were no sheep nor
goats in the great Mexican forest before it was
converted to desert as unfenced forage.

Manure and urine are traditional soil builders.
