Before I leave this subject, let me say I'm a moderate on these closely
related twin subjects of peak oil and global warming. For comparison, check
Jay Hanson's huge website http://dieoff.org/ . I don't buy the doom and
gloom scenario of four-fifths of the world's population dieing off in this
century. My focus is on sustainable food. I'll send something along FYI on
Eating Fossil Fuels by Dale Allen Pfeiffer.
