Your espaliered pears are inspiring. Are they all for eating? Are you contemplating making some perry? I seem to recall that you have created several pear espaliers. Are they grafted with harvest dates in mind or a mixing the varieties? Also, how are your apple espaliers coming along?
Congrats on such a wonderful piece of edible art! Bizmark.
Ps May I share this photo with members of the Creemore Heritage Apple Society? We’ve talked about espaliers at our first few meetings, and this is such an amazing example.
