Greetings
This may be off the subject of ancient apples, however I have a list which
I'll eleiminate the names I know. This chap who lives about 15 min. from me
offered me scions of Yellow Bellflower, Canada Red, Tremlett's Bitter,
Stokes Red, Golden Nugget, Pitmaston's Pineapple, Swayzie Russet, Ontario,
Sweet Alford, Sweet Bough, Esopus Spitzburg, Dempsey pear, Porter's
perfection, Toxbury Russet, Egremont Russet, Muscadet de Dieppe, Altaiski
Sweet, Yarlington Mill, Bulmer's Norman, Granpa's Cider, , Raven, Stokes
Red, Chisel Jersy, Tremlet's Bitter, harvest, Pittenger #2.
Tom , keep alookin- there's more out there in Canada than we imagine.

How do we find out how to get varieties in to Canada. Pretty darn easy!
Cheers Bert

Hi,

Yes, but how do we get the scions into our grubby waiting hands?

At least mine are grubby.

Do you have the Canadian Harrow Gene Bank inventory?

It was supposed to go online years ago, but it takes the programers
forever to get it up and translated into both English and French.

How do we get the stuff?

Later,
Tom
