Eh, no problem - we've had our site design ripped in the past; it
sucks and there's often not a lot you can actually do about it save
making a big PR stunt out of it to prove you're the original. In
our case, it was easy to point out that the graphics were ours, as
some icons were derived from logos of clients of ours. But still.
