I picked up a condo on the outer banks for what I consider a rock bottom price.  Deals are out there.  A lot of people who own rental properties bought multiple condos/houses and are pretty desperate to sell looking towards the reduced demand.  Now if I can just keep my job....

The best place for beachfront property in 10 years will be just east of
Fayetteville.  Myrtle Beach will be under water.  The only flipping
there will be by the dolphins.
