I know about Garage Band... I'll just have to wait until I get a Mac.

In OS X, you could probably do this in Garage Band (part of iLife). Not sure
about a free or inexpensive Windows solution :-(

For your Windows solution, you may need to export your AAC encoded tracks to
MP3. There is a command in iTunes that should do this.
