Title: Re: [internetworkers] fresh pasta in Raleigh

I made some pasta last night.  Opened up box, poured into boiling water, done.  Nothing like Kraft Mac n Cheese.  (jim ducks and covers)

How is that pasta making attachment?  Have you used it often?  I’m still going the old school route with a rolling pin and I want to buy this thing but I have been told that its more trouble than its worth.  Does it clog up on you?

Making pasta at home is easy and fun. I have a kitchenaid mixer and the handy pasta making attachment. I'm having a shadow memory that there might be two pasta making attachments available. I have the extruder. I make stuff that is not normally for sale like garlic sundried tomato. Great with alfredo sauce.
