I'll second the recommendation on Conti's. Definitely worth getting to know, even if they don't have exactly what you're looking for. Have them pipe you a fresh Cannoli while you're there. Oh, and if they don't have fresh pasta, they will likely have frozen, non-dried pasta in various forms.
