$27/h is not a high salary, but there are probably plenty of
people who are out of work or between jobs. You get what you
pay for. Do you really want to train someone in your methods
and then have them run off when a full time position arrives?
Why not have them pay you for 60h weeks?
I wonder if you would be better off hiring someone to better
define and streamline your processes. If you have more work than
you can do for WCPSS webwise, perhaps you need a good look at
the big picture first. A content management system might be a
better solution in the long run.
Of course, you could always outsource to Bangalore...
