At my previous employer, we let several contracts to Kontek Systems (
http://www.kontek.com/ ) for a number of complex A/V systems like that.
Kontek can do some cool visual design work also, which might be useful
for a retail situation. I know that Duke is a big client of Kontek as
well. They aren't the cheapest around but seem to have a great
reputation.
