It was represented that Iraq had large quantities of banned weapons, so it stands to reason that any attempt to move such large quantities would be visible from the air. Even a moderately sized operation to move trucks across the Iraq border would be visible from satellite. On the human intelligence side, according to the latest Woodward book the CIA had close to 75 human agents throughout the Iraqi intelligence and military organizations, and had bugged and was monitoring government communication, and came up with nothing there either.

I wonder how long it will be before the public comes to the same beliefs that the weapons inspectors and the CIA now holds-- there weren't and aren't any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
