The most interesting address, spoofed or actual, from which I've received
this virus is mark AT marykateorashley.com, so I'm beginning to suspect that
Dave Matusiak is behind all this. ;)

...and for those who are curious, yes, I've been lazy and have not yet
reconfig'd my spamware.
