All those messages come from *a* C/R system, on behalf of individual
users; maybe as many as a handful of users are on the same mailserver
or C/R system. This is assuming C/R as a technology has penetrated
somewhat, so you're dealing with a variety of implementations. If this
doesn't help clarify the situation, please reread the thread.
