Hi Ben,

It doesn't really matter. Here in NC, applying to a healthcare job, I've
been told that I was overqualified and had too much experience.

I kinda think that I wasn't picked because I was not from the proper
minority (they were looking for a token). Or becasue I was a minority
(they already had a token).

This personal bad experience aside, HR should be recruiting HR people
and let other departments[*] pick their own people.

[*] At least the highly specialized ones, like researchers, IT...
