More info than iPhoto 2? iPhoto stores the following for each image:

shutter speed
aperture
max aperture
exposure bias
exposure (mode)
exposure index
focal length
distance
setting
light source
flash
metering (mode)
brightness
ISO Speed

This is via a get info on an image, and switching to the "Exposure" tab.
