Yet another thing you need to *learn* how to use. But once you know how, it
can be quite good.

Hint 1) Try to get assigned to the London support office by submitting your
TAR in the wee hours of the morning.
Hint 2) Post repeatedly to your TAR (or call back). This sets the status
higher and they have to address your problem more quickly to help their
stats. The support analyst's favorite status is "Waiting on customer" --
don't let your TAR stay at that status.
Hint 3) Provide as much information as you can in your original TAR to avoid
the analyst asking you stupid questions (and thereby setting the status to
"Waiting on Customer")
