This sounds like the bottled version of the "Pub Draught" product they put out a few years ago. Basically it was a tall can, with a saucer-shaped, plastic and metal device at the bottom. Barroom conjecture was that this was in an attempt to recreate the creamy head of a draft Guinness. Whatever. Little wing-ding not withstanding the flaw in this product was that the beer was not Guiness Extra Stout, but some lesser, thinner brew. It wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't what you had in mind when you reached for the Guinness. Tried it once, never had it again. At least they had the good manners to put it in a package distinctive from the original. Thanks for the heads up.

There is this little wing thing inside the bottle. The instructions, which
I found after putting on several sets of reading glasses, is that you should
drink this draught ice cold and straight from the bottle. Not bad enough to
trash, but definitely not an extra stout brew.
