ya know, this whole "red bull" buzz got me to drinkin'...
i figured shooters was the place to start. so far, the red bull and vodka shooter is my favorite. it provides a crisp, refreshing taste as well as a much needed kick in the kiester.
the red bull and tequila shooters did not go down so well. i felt like i was drinking rusty gasoline out of a cowboy boot, but again, this piquant mixture brought me reeling to the floor with hysterically laughing goodness.
as i attempt to type this, i am on my fourth red bull and gin shooter. while a reasonable person might complain about the wretched taste, i am happy to be feeling alert as well as a tad giddy. i have lost my sense of taste. i think another red bull and gin is in order...
i've already told a co-worker to "dial 9-1" and await my signal before dialing the final "1." thank you, red bull!

Just another aside for those fellow ADD folks out there, if you are on any
amphetamine treatment at all, a "couple" of RB&V's such as you might get at
Five Star for example, will pretty much guarantee you a grand mal seizure
and a short hospital stay. But hey, if you really need a good excuse to get
out of that presentation tommorow...

You can get it almost at any mini mart in the triangle. I don't think
it's got a name but people generally order a "Red Bull and Vodka".
I did a gig a few months back and just thought I'd have a couple. A very
bad move. You're drunk but you don't know how drunk you are because you
are still jacked up (remember what they told you in high school, uppers
and downers don't mix). I haven't done that combo since.
It's a great drink by itself. It's like any other drug (not that I would
know personally--I was off caffeine for a few years there), just don't
over do it.
