"RICHARD ALONSO-ZALDIVAR, Associated Press Writer Ricardo Alonso-zaldivar,
Associated Press Writer – 2 mins ago

WASHINGTON – Americans would be fined up to $3,800 for failing to buy health
insurance under a plan that circulated in Congress on Tuesday as President
Barack Obama met Democratic leaders to search for ways to salvage his health
care overhaul."

Ask yourselves............. are we being FORCED to purchase something?  Who
is the man behind the curtain pulling the strings?

From: Lynda lurine AT com-pair.net
<<< You don't buy the mixer at all if you have an ounce of sense and
you save $100.>>>

NO, I haven't fallen prey to the consumerism. I was shopping one day in the
same isle and watched a lady go back and forth between the two boxes, and
watched her settle on the cheap one.

I drive my mom nuts........... Because I refuse to use her food processing
machine to chop things, I prefer a knife, it is just as fast and a lot less
to clean up; and it is much faster to mix a cake with a whisk.......... Not
to mention I can still hear the music playing when I don't use those eardrum
splitting kitchen machines......... I don't use a dishwasher either, why
wash dishes twice?

I made sure I made fun of commercials all the time when the kids where little
too.

My favorite DUMB commercial is the one to clean the toilet bowls... kill
those germs in the toilet bowl.... hmmm great, it lasts for ----------- one
whole FLUSH. LOL. What a waste. Let's just damage the environment with
more useless chemicals. Ever hear someone go on about this and that about
the environment, and then happen to catch what on their shelves or whever for
cleaning supplies? Geez.

But in general, most people think they just can't live without all those
machines and other consumer products.

LOL - on the birth certificate....... that is politics, and the masses fall
for it hook line and sinker.

I heard there was someone on CNBC just now making fun of Pelosi........... I
hope they put the video clip up on the internet. I could use a good laugh
today.

long enough I'd find it, and I did. I knew there wasn't any such thing as
"the" Bush Doctrine. I knew ol' Sarah Palin was being worked and not in a
good way.

So, here's the answer to the Bush Doctrine.
http://politicalmavens.com/index.php/2008/09/12/is-charlie-gibson-able-to-define-the-bush-doctrine/

"According to Charles Krauthammer who coined the "Bush Doctrine" expression,
there are a number of different meanings."

Lynda, who obviously had too much time on her hands today, even after
picking tomatoes and canning tomato sauce <g>
All politicians should be limited to two terms: one in office, one in jail.
