If the Europeans had been smart, instead of trying to kill all of the Indians
they would have made a deal for the Indians to keep raising buffalo, with the
settlers getting a split. They could have even made a buffalo 'treaty'. I
can buy buffalo at my neighborhood market , at ceratin times of the year. I
can't really tell much difference in the taste. I had a friend who had
several buffalo, the bulls are
'huge'...........................................
